Every single one of us in Suriyothai House has something we are extremely good at. Every single one of us has something of great value to offer. As Head of the Purple House I believe that each and every one of us has a responsibility to discover what that may be; and that Suriyothai House provides us all with the opportunity to seek out, discover and then nurture it to the best of our ability.
Within Suriyothai House we set our own goals and do everything we possibly can to meet them. Our goals may be as simple as doing all homework, or spending some time each day helping others. Some choose to step outside of their comfort zone and embrace the opportunities that the Purple Family offers. Whatever it is we resolve to do, it is done with commitment and passion. We firmly recognise the truth, that being successful is about an incredible amount of hard work and that we may not necessarily succeed at everything the first time.
Within the Purple House we encourage all of our students to ask questions; to seek help if it is needed; or to help others. We embrace the courage to learn something new and then stay firmly on track to achieve our end goal. We are not easily discouraged, we always support each other. We never give up as individuals and we never give up as a House.
Suriyothai is about students who continue to strive, who keep going and who love their House too much to do anything less than their best. We aim to ensure that our leaders of tomorrow are nurtured to achieve their true potential today.
