The Harrow Activities Registration
Term 3 Activity Dates
Activities start on Monday 26th April and finish on Friday 18th June.
The Timescale
Pre-Sign Up – Monday 22nd March – Wednesday 24th March.
Phase 1 – The Activities website will open for activity selection on Wednesday 24th March(after 6.00 pm) and close on Tuesday 30th December.
The database will then allocate activities to students & confirm to you by email.
Phase 2 – The Activities website will re-open for changing activities on Thursday 1st April and close on Saturday 4th April.
Requirements
Kindergarten – Students in the Early Years Centre are not required to do any activities but may choose to do so.
Key Stage One – Students in Years 1 and 2 must choose a minimum of 1 activity per week.
Primary, Preparatory and Secondary – Students in Years 11, 12 & 13 no activities Students in Years 3 to 10 must choose a minimum of 2 activities per week . They can choose a maximum of 5 activities per week.
Boarders – Years 11, 12 & 13 no activities . All other boarders a minimum of 4 activities per week.
Pre-Sign up
Registration for some activities will already be done for you. Students will not be able to sign-up for these activities on line.
These will continue with the same students as term two or will be pre selected. Should you wish to be added or deleted from these activities you should see the teacher in charge. The activities are:
- Music groups and Rock Bands - Mr. Johnson
- Gymnastics team - Miss Jurado
- Improvers' Ballet - Khun Piyanan
- Dog Community Project - Miss Sapphira
- Primary & U13 FOBISSEA - Mr. Staples
- Golf Team - Mr. Godwin
