APPLICATION PROCESS

Please complete the Application Form attached below and submit to
school together with a copy of your child’s latest school report.
Then your child will be asked to take Placement Tests or join in class
activities, as is appropriate to his/her age. Please pay the non-refundable
application fee of 5,000 Baht when arranging the assessment date.

On the day your child comes for the tests/assessment you will be required to:

• Complete an application form if you have not already done so.Bring a copy of your child’s latest school report if you have not already sent it in.
• Pay a non - refundable application fee of 5,000 Baht if you have not already done so.
• At this time, or on acceptance of an offer of admission, please read and sign the Standard Terms and Conditions document and the Home/School Agreement.

Once the tests have been marked, you will be contacted by phone or fax. Confirmation of the place or not will follow by letter.

ON CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF PLACE AT HARROW :

After you have accepted the offer of a place, transport / boarding (if required) and uniform will be arranged though the Admissions Office. You will be asked to submit the following:

Student Information

• An Entrance Fee of 150,000 Baht and Refundable Deposit 75,000 Baht to be paid by the date stated on the offer letter.
• A Health Care Record (yellow sheets)
• Four recent passport size photos of your child.
• A photocopy of your child’s birth certificate (for Thai Citizens only)
• Photocopies of child’s passport and visas (for non – Thai only)
• Non – Thai students must have a Non –Immigrant visa to attend H.I.S.

Parent Information

• Thai ID / or copy of passport (for non-Thai citizens)
  
• One photograph of each parent
  

After you have paid the entrance fee, the Accounts Department will issue you an invoice for all other expenses. This must be paid by the date stipulated on your invoice.

Payment can be made directly to the school, either by cash or cheque payable to “Harrow Asia Limited” or by bank transfer. No credit cards accepted.
