Welcome to the Primary School section of our website. As a school we are very proud of the standard of education and the level of care that we provide for our pupils. We take pride in the Harrow name as it epitomises all that is good about British education. Consequently we base our curriculum on the National Curriculum for England and Wales. However, we ensure that our curriculum does reflect the needs, culture and history of our school’s multinational community and, of course, our host country Thailand.

The Primary school caters for children between the ages of 3 to 11 years. It consists of three stages :
  • Early Years – Kindergarten 1 and 2
  • Key Stage 1– Years I and 2
  • Key Stage 2 – Years 3, 4, 5 and 6

Our curriculum is made up of four core subjects, which are :
  • English
  • Mathematics
  • Science
  • Information and Communication Technology

The following areas are also taught throughout the school :
  • Geography
  • History
  • Physical Education
  • Music
  • Personal, Social and Health Education
  • Thai Studies
  • Design Technology
  • Art

Additionally the pupils in Years 5 and 6 are given the opportunity to study a Modern Foreign Language.

Our curriculum planning takes into account the individual needs of our pupils and is constantly reviewed and evaluated to ensure that we provide the quality of education our school community deserves. Quality teaching is provided by enthusiastic and motivated teachers. We value the opinions of our parental body and see education as a partnership between the school and its parents. We strive to create a culture of respect, tolerance, trust and happiness for everyone involved with the school.

I hope that you enjoy visiting our website and that you can access enough information to provide you with a clear picture of the activities undertaken at the Primary school. If not please come and visit us in person for us to show you the kind of quality school we really are.
